Topless Bandit Strikes Again! Poses With Two New York City Cops [PHOTO]

Last week, a photo started circulating around online of a woman who decided to go topless while she was eating at a fancy Italian restaurant in New York City.

Even though it's legal for women to be topless in New York, the restaurant kicked her out under the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" health code policy.

Well, now we know more details about the woman. But more important than that, we have a new topless photo of her.

The woman is a model named Cheyenne Lutek. And on Sunday, she kept pushing her pro-topless agenda by taking a walk around New York only wearing underwear bottoms.

She was with a photographer named Allen Henson at both the restaurant and during her walk. This time he got a photo of her, topless, with her arms around two smiling NYPD cops.

It looks like all three are really enjoying themselves.
