Thrashman Shoots The Sh*t With Mark Hunter Of Chimaira [AUDIO]

I had the pleasure last week of chatting it up with Chimaira vocalist Mark Hunter. I walked away from the interview genuinely impressed with how cool of a guy Mark is and how honest and non-cookie cutter his answers were.

I wouldn't say that I've ripped the band in the past by any means, but I have said that it seemed like they were stuck following trends and quit keeping up with the band after their self-titled album. But after going back and doing some research and listening to their stuff after the self-titled album I found that they have a much more cohesive sound than on their first three albums and have actually evolved into a hybrid style that is much more their own since parting ways with Roadrunner Records.

Anyway, we had an awesome conversation in which we touched on, of course, the new album along with the upcoming tour, Matt and Rob joining Six Feet Under and more.
