This WTF Video Really Has No Explanation [VIDEO]

A while back Tosh.0 featured this video on the air, but when it was shown, Tosh only revealed a snippet of it. Now I've found the full video, or at least an extended cut of it, and it's a WTF video that doesn't have any explanation. In fact, the description of the video on YouTube even states there's no explanation.

Three people are featured in this video. One is a woman with a microphone jammed into her mouth as she crawls along the floor, the second is the guy pictured here who's banging metal with a pole that he's wearing on his body, and the third is a dude who uses a walker as a “saxophone.”
