The True Facts About Armadillos

You've probably seen them lying on the side of the highway or maybe digging a hole in your backyard, but how much to you really know about that little armored animal we call the armadillo?

Sure the video may be a little on the humorous side but it does have some great facts about these little guys that you probably didn't know like some armadillos can jump three feet strait into the air or that only one species of armadillos can curl up into a ball. And the Morgan Freeman voice narrating always adds a little extra class.

One thing they don't mention is that dogs absolutely hate these guys. If you've never seen a dog try to get an armadillo it can be very entertaining. It's kind of like your dog is trying to bite a bowling ball that he can't seem to get a grip on. Priceless.
