The Hold Steady ‘Spinners’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Brooklyn's The Hold Steady make their Buzz debut with 'Spinners'. The single precedes the arrival of the band's sixth full-length album, Teeth Dreams, which will arrive March 25.

'Spinners' is definitely a track for fans of bands like Kings of Leon. Don't get me wrong, The Hold Steady are anything but a Kings of Leon clone but like KOL, they owe a lot to alternative bands of the 90's.

Alternative seems to be almost as popular these days as it was back in it's heyday - a fact that could bode well for The Hold Steady.
