The Rangers, once again have our mouths watering with another awesome food item.

As many of you know I am not a Rangers fan, but I do travel down to Arlington every year to watch them take on my Baltimore Orioles. I have to admit the food selection in Globe Life Park has always blown me away. I have had the two foot long quesadilla and we have all seen the ridiculously sized hot dogs at the stadium.

The Arizona Diamondbacks tried to pull a fast one on the Rangers this year with a 18 inch corn dog stuffed with bacon and jalapenos. The Rangers however have come out with something I am definitely going to try this summer. Bacon on a stick (insert Homer Simpson drooling sound).

It is smoked bacon, put on a stick and then dipped in maple syrup. It costs seven dollars and the Rangers were not prepared on opening day. They made 600 of these bad boys and they sold out quickly. Some bacon, baseball and an ice cold Zigenbock sounds like a perfect summer night to me.
