Texas Rangers Fan Catches Ball With His Hat [VIDEO]

I didn't watch SportsCenter last night, but if this guy didn't make top ten I am going to be mad.

Everyone wants to be the guy that catches a ball at a game. Just don't be like Jefferey Maier and reach out onto the field to grab a ball. Also when you're at a sporting event, especially baseball, you should be paying attention for foul balls. Sometimes those things come at you pretty quick and you have no time to react.

If you do have some time to plan your catch, do something cool like this guy. He manages to get his hat off in time and catch the ball. I haven't been keeping up with the Rangers, but if they need someone to fill in. May want to get this guy on the team.
