I don't have kids, but I am going to guess that most parents would be pretty upset if this was their kid.

I could imagine finding a daycare is a very tricky process. You're basically trusting a complete stranger to watch your very young child. Kristi and Brad Galbraith thought they had found a great daycare in Fort Worth. Heart2Heart Montessori Academy in Willow Park is where they used to drop off their two year old child.

According to reports the child was being unruly during nap time and to make them sit still the daycare workers duct taped the child to the mat. "This is a parent's worst nightmare," Dallas attorney Jeff Rasansky said. "Parents take a leap of faith to entrust their children to the care of someone else, and it is extremely upsetting when something like this happens to toddlers, who are too young to speak up for themselves."

Kristi and Brad Galbraith are suing for fraud and negligence and are seeking one million dollars in damages. Hopefully something like this doesn't traumatize the child for life and hopefully this is a message out there for parents to be cautious when trusting a daycare.
