Texas Man Pays Speeding Ticket With 22,000 Pennies [VIDEO]

This guy should have just walked out with both his middle fingers up after dumping all these out. 

You may remember the Wichita Falls man that got arrested for paying his taxes with folded up dollar bills. That has me wondering if this guy will get arrested. Brett Sanders who lives in Frisco was found guilty of driving 39 mph in a 30 mph zone. He decided to pay his fine using only pennies.

He made an amazing high-quality video showing him getting his buckets of pennies ready. I will admit, he comes off as a douche when he dumps them all over the clerk's desk. You could have just left the buckets there and said here's your money. Guess that didn't have a dramatic enough effect for his video.

The funny thing is, he overpaid by $7.81 and they want to give him his change back. He appropriately played the scene from 'Home Alone' of 'Angels with Filthy Souls'. Simply put, 'Keep the change ya filthy animal.'
