Hosts from the TV show filmed right here in Texas are pissed at former people profiting from the show.

If you have never seen the HGTV show 'Fixer Upper' it's filmed in Waco, Texas. The basic premise of the show is they take houses that need some work and flip them for potential clients. The hosts of the show are married. The husband, Chip Gaines does the handyman work and his wife Joanna Gaines does the design work.

It's not a bad show, but it's making news this week. Chip and Joanna are mad at former people who had their houses designed on the show. Several people are putting their houses on AirBnb for rent. Saying stuff like, stay in a 'Fixer-Upper' House or stay in a Chip and Joanna Gaines house.

Chip and Joanna are currently going through the contract to see if it's legal to profit like this. They did go on to say future houses featured on the show will not be allowed to this. The houses have been getting upwards of $350 a night on some websites. People visiting Waco want to see these houses and are willing to pay to do so.
