Remember the kid that killed four people when he was drunk driving and got off. They claim he has 'affluenza', which still boggles my mind to this day.

You may not remember the story of Ethan Couch from a couple of years ago. Back in 2013, Ethan Couch's lawyer used the  "affluenza" defense kept him out of jail after he admitted to crashing into an SUV and killing four people after drinking. What the hell is 'affluenza' use ask? The inability to understand the consequences of one's actions because of financial privilege.

What I take away from that, I am rich, so I can get away with this. Ethan is currently on probation. He cannot drive, drink alcohol or do drugs. According to Blonde Spectre on Twitter, they have video of Ethan playing beer pong. They say they have more videos and they even tagged the local District Attorney in the video.

A judge will now decide if the now 18-year-old violated his probation. "He's allowed due process at every level," Tarrant County sheriff's spokesman Terry Grisham told the Dallas Morning News. "[Cases] are not prosecuted or revoked or modified based on hearsay or based on a grainy video that we can't identify someone in."
