Eating doughnuts with tequila helps raise money for cancer? Sign me up.

If you're in the New York area you may want to go try this doughnut. Bjorn Delacruz has unveiled a food item that sounds like Dr. Frankenstien created it. A doughnut with Patrón Platinum infused into it, just in time for Cinco De Mayo. The only negative with the doughnut is the price tag. $150 for just one doughnut.

Delacruz says the price comes from the high-quality tequila he uses. It costs $50 just to make one doughnut. Why the $100 markup? That money will be going to the American Cancer society. He will be making 40 doughnuts a day until May 8th. He hopes to raise $28,000 by that time.

I think I will just try this doughnut myself. By that I mean, those powdered sugar bag doughnuts. After I eat one, I will do a shot of tequila. I will try to finish the whole bag or pass out first.
