They’ll still get to be a part of the excitement of 12,000 or more cyclists lined up on Scott Avenue as two United States Air Force T-38s thunder over their heads. They’ll still be there to hear the roar of the cannon and be a part of one of the biggest bicycle rides in the world. They just won’t go quite so far or quite so fast.
Here’s the general idea. The Alliance is hoping for 100 artistically decorated bicycles to celebrate the 100 mile bicycle ride and because this is the 37th Annual Hotter’N Hell Hundred you can only spend $37 on your art bike project.
This year’s event is on Indiana Avenue between 9th and 10th streets and you’re sure to find some new one-of-a-kind artistic creation that you just can’t live without and lineup of performers this year includes everything from theatre groups to rock bands.
