When I first saw the title of this video I thought it had something to do with Axl Rose (since that's his real name), but as it turns out Bill Bailey is a British comedian who has a penchant for bicycle horns. I guess I never really paid much attention to the different pitches of bicycle horns but I have to admit I would like to hear the entire song...
