After the University of Arizona lost to Wisconsin in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament on Saturday night, Arizona students took to the streets in Tucson, Ariz. Riot police had to be called in to control the situation. A video posted to YouTube showed what appeared to be one of the riot cops using excessive force when dealing with a young woman.
