Goatwhore have kicked my ass since I first heard The Eclipse Of Ages Into Black over ten years ago and it's starting to look like the beatdown's gonna continue for some time to come.

On March 13 Cannibal Corpse will drop their latest slab of neck-wrecking goodness in the form of their twelfth studio album, Torture and as is usually the case it'll be a late, loud night in my hood.

At long last - our first taste of Blood For The Master in the form of the official lyric video for "Collapse in Eternal Worth". The good news is that the song sounds like classic Goatwhore. There's no need to experiment, just gimme what I love about the band - black metal combined with Celtic Frost worship and plenty of thrash. So yeah - I think Blood For The Master is gonna rule in all kinds of ways.

Man I'm diggin' the resurrection of traditional metal...particularly the stuff that's coming out of Sweden these days. In Solitude is the latest band brewing up some old-school metal to bust out of Scandinavia and they're worthy of every bit of praise that's been heaped on them.
