I was expecting some kids, not a grown ass man.

About a month ago, I posted a story about several people in Austin, Texas being hit by rocks. Vehicles were damaged and several people hurt. All from someone throwing stuff off the highway above. I thought it would be some teenagers doing some dumb teenage things. Nope, the arrest made was for a FIFTY-NINE-year-old man.

Patrick Eugene Johnson is being charged with attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Austin Chief of Police Art Acevedo made it a point to say that he believes Johnson is the main culprit. “We’ve had about 94 cases involving this series of events [since June 2014], and by the time we’re done putting together our case, we believe he’s responsible for the lion’s share of the cases.”

According to police, Johnson would throw the rocks, call the cops, then show up at the scene as a 'good samaritan'. Johnson has admitted to police of throwing rocks at two locations. Johnson's roommate also admits to seeing Johnson throw rocks off the highway.

Hope this guy spends some time in jail. He could have easily killed someone. I feel bad for the guy that had glass from his windshield go into his eyes while he was driving.
