56-year-old Kurt Jenkins in Florida is one of them there masochistic pervs.

Dude was rolling around a neighborhood full of children wearing nothing but some sort of electric contraption with wires attached to his junk.

A witness told Boynton Beach Police that he pulled up next to him and gestured for him to look at his crotch.

For whatever reason, the witness decided to take a look-see and was rewarded with an image he won’t soon unsee.

Of course, it would’ve been weird if Jenkins didn’t invite the witness inside, which he did, but the witness declined and immediately called the cops.

When the police arrived on the scene, Jenkins didn’t immediately comply. So, the officers had the pleasure of having to take his naked ass to the ground before cuffing and stuffing him.

He was booked for lewd and lascivious exhibition, exposure of sexual organs and resisting arrest.
