‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Becomes Fastest Movie to a Billion Dollars

In only twelve days, the latest installment in the 'Star Wars' franchise has made one billion dollars. This beat the previous record of thirteen days for 'Jurrasic World'. Here is what makes this record even more impressive. 'The Force Awakens', hasn't even opened in China yet. The most populous country in the world doesn't even factor. Just wait til they get their hands on this thing.

I had an amazing Christmas this year. I watched the entire original trilogy of the 'Star Wars' movies and then went and saw the newest movie. It was amazing, no spoilers here I promise. If you hate going to the movies, like myself, this one is worth it. See it in 3D as well. Apparently I wasn't the only one that saw it on Christmas as well, it made 153.5 million on that day alone.

I think this movie has a chance to top 'Avatar' as the biggest box office of all time. I will be honest, I would pay to see it again in theaters. What my biggest dilemma will be, when it comes out on DVD. You know Disney is gonna come out with an awesome bundle edition when all the movies come out. Can I really wait six years for that?
