This legitimately pisses me off and this better not happen for the last movie.

I was actually pissed at 'Episode VII' for this same reason. 'Star Wars' is not a Christmas movie, it's a summer blockbuster. I should not be putting on a sweatshirt to go see a 'Star Wars' movie. I don't know why this is a big deal to me, but it just is. So I quit my bitching for this last movie, because we had the release dates for the upcoming 'Star Wars' movies.

'Episode VIII' was supposed to be out Memorial Day weekend 2017. Sweet, kicking off the summer movie season in style with a new 'Star Wars' movie. As it should be. Until yesterday, when news came down the movie is delayed seven months, until December, 15. Why?! Did we hit some delays in shooting or production?

Nope, because the last movie did so well during the holiday season, they want to give this movie the same treatment. Screw you Disney, seriously. Another reason why this pisses me off. I would usually plan my trip back home to Baltimore, to see my family and catch the big summer blockbuster. We have the biggest movie theater screen in America there. It's called Bengies, it's one of my favorite places in the world.

Well thanks to Disney, those plans went out the window. So once again, I will be seeing a 'Star Wars' movie while old Saint Nick is trying to come down my chimney. Anybody got a Mickey Mouse doll I can beat the crap out of?
