Soundgarden Release ‘Non-State Actor’ From the New Album ‘King Animal’

As we inch closer to the release of the mighty Soundgarden's comeback album King Animal, the band gives us another taste of what to expect with "Non-State Actor".

As has been the case with every new Soundgarden track upon first listen, I'm satisfied but not exactly blown away. But, like both "Live to Rise" and "Been Away Too Long" the tune grows on me with every listen and I was actually more impressed with "Non-State Actor" the first time I heard it than the aforementioned tracks so that bodes well for the song as "Live to Rise" in particular has earned a spot among my favorite Soundgarden tunes.

King Animal arrives November 13.
