Soundgarden has once again raised excitement about their upcoming album, King Animal. It’s the band’s first album in 16 years and will arrive in stores November 13th.

Unlike the previous teaser they unveiled a few weeks ago, this clip shows time-lapsed photography and haunting images of the band, along with what is expected to be the cover art for the album at the end of the video.

In addition, the band has announced the track listing for King Animal:

Been Away Too Long

Non-State Actor

By Crooked Steps

A Thousand Days Before

Blood on the Valley Floor

Bones of Birds

Attrition

Black Saturday

Halfway There

Worse Dreams

Eyelid’s Mouth

Rowing

“Been Away Too Long” will be the first single off the album and is expected to be released later this month.

Do trailers like this get you excited? Are they becoming more of an expectation for bands now instead of a treat?
