I am a grown adult, but anything from my childhood, I will still get super excited for.

In the 90's, video games seemed like an all out brawl. Friends were lost during the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis years. I was a Nintendo fanboy growing up, but then this new console came around. Who's mascot was a character that could run ridiculously fast. It made Mario look like an old man with a walker.

I am of course talking about Sonic the Hedgehog. When I think video games, it's Super Mario and then Sonic as the faces for me. Sonic was everywhere in the 90's, even having his own TV show, which still has one of my favorite cartoon lines in it. 'Sonic says that's no good.' I will put it below if you haven't seen it before.

Well apparently back in 1995, Sonic was going to be getting his own movie. Due to the failure of the Sega Saturn and Sonic X-Treme never coming out on the console. The movie was canned. I guess someone thinks Sonic needs to make a comeback and you know what? I would check it out.

Sure, I love video game movies. Granted, most of them suck, like 'Super Mario Brothers', 'Street Fighter' and 'Doom'. Just to name a few. It can be done well, like the first 'Mortal Kombat' movie. Sonic games have kind of sucked since the late 90's, but hey if Sonic is making a comeback, I am on board.
