Slash ‘World on Fire’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Dik Hayd Records

The first single from Slash‘s upcoming disc, World on Fire, has arrived.

The title track from the effort features a ripping guitar riff that, like pretty much everything Slash does, takes me right back to the heyday of Guns n’ Roses. Make no mistake about it – this ain’t no nostalgia trip. Slash along with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators are a force to be reckoned with all their own.

The band delivered a killer record with 2012′s Apocalyptic Love and if ‘World on Fire’ is any indication, we’re in for another smorgasbord of raunchy rock n’ roll.

Spend the next 4:32 of your life with ‘World on Fire’ and tell us what you think.
