Shinedown Includes Concert Footage in Video for ‘Adrenaline’
The official music video for Shinedown’s latest single “Adrenaline” is finally here and you can watch it right now. “Adrenaline” is the fifth single from the group’s 2012 album Amaryllis and has so far climbed to number 14 on the Mainstream Rock charts. The video features footage from their Carnival of Madness tour which the band headlined.
“We had the pleasure of having Mr. Rob Fenn on the Carnival Of Madness tour with us this summer,” frontman Brent Smith said. “He was constantly filming, taking pictures, and documenting the reinvention of the tour.”
The video was debuted on Billboard.com yesterday with a message from Smith saying “We had such an amazing time seeing all of our fans out on the road that we thought: what better way to present the video for our fifth single off of ‘Amaryllis’ than incorporating all the footage he captured? We hope the fans love it as much as we do.”
So far three songs from Amaryllis have topped the Mainstream Rock Charts, “Bully,” “Unity,” and “Enemies.” The fourth single, “I’ll Follow You,” peaked at number two on the chart and with any luck the latest will reach that number one spot. The album itself peaked at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and spent 42 weeks on the chart, while also claiming the number one spot on the Alternative, Hard Rock and Rock album charts.
