You may already know that the most of the guys in Creed are also part of Alter Bridge, everybody that is except Creed lead singer Scott Stapp. So while everyone else is enjoying success at the moment it makes you wonder what has Stapp been up to? Well to answer your question, he has just released his second solo album Proof Of Life, which is in stores now. Plus you can check out the first single "Slow Suicide" right here.

The new album comes eight years after his first solo project. Stapp said he got a little sidetracked while working on it, saying, "You know, I thought I was working on the second solo album starting in 2006, but really my life began to be filled with so much chaos that nothing really survived. And then, you know, Creed got back together in 2009. And so there were some themes that were beginning to be born as far back as 2006 and '07, but I don't think I could honestly talk about 'em and could honestly create songs about 'em, because I didn't have the perspective that I have now."

With Creed currently on hiatus due to Alter Bridge touring behind their latest album Fortress, Stapp plans on setting off on tour next March and is planning on doing promotions via T.V. and radio this fall.
