Trust me, I have the urge to just go “loony-tunes” all the time.  I haven’t had a true psychotic break yet, but I’m sure it’s coming.  When I do go nuts, I hope I have a cool hat to put on.  More after the jump.

Sometimes the nuts make it easy on the cops.  In this case, a man wearing a sombrero and a boxing glove jumped on a cop car and began shouting his name.  I’ll bet the cops were so surprised they nearly dropped their donuts.  Here’s the story:
