Hollywood is buzzing with talk of Star Wars Episode VII and apparently every actor and actress in Hollywood wants in on the action. There's already been reports that Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford (Luke, Leia and Han Solo) will all be returning and that the original Chewbacca, Peter Mayhew, would also like to reprise his role as everyone's favorite Wookie. While no one will say for sure what part they have auditioned for so far, we do know that Saoirse Ronan (Hanna, The Lovely Bones) and  Sullivan Stapleton (Animal Kingdom, 300: Rise of an Empire) have both confirmed that they had auditioned. The rumors go on and on with other big time names like Zac Efron, Ryan Gosling, and Daniel Day-Lewis being tossed around but again those are just rumors.

But it's not just movie stars who want a piece of the upcoming film. Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has also sent in his audition tape. Which part was he trying to grab you ask? It wasn't any part that you might be expecting such as a Jedi or a Wookie (which the 6'5" Homme would be perfect for) but instead, it was what could be one of the most iconic characters in the entire franchise, R2-D2. According to Homme he would rather be king of the droids than a furry beast. Check out his audition tape below.
