Prankster Tells Cops He Has a Dime Bag Just a Literal Bag of Dimes [VIDEO]

I never thought in my wildest dreams I could go up to a cop and say "I have a dime bag on me."

So here's another one of those pranks that involves no one getting hurt. Well, someone could have gotten hurt if he was dealing with the wrong cop. This kid went up to cops in New York telling him he found a dime bag and what should he do with it.

Now the first cop it seemed like was honestly going to arrest him. The second cop thinks this is some sort of weird test. My favorite is one of the last cops that was planning on arresting him, after he pulls out the bag of dimes says that's not how you described it. Really he said a dime bag, how did he describe it differently?
