Honestly, the most famous houses in the world are the White House and the Playboy Mansion. You can actually own one of those now.

As a teenager, it was a place we all wanted to go to. The countless Playboy party stories that we have all heard from celebrities throughout the years. The beautiful ladies that have graced the pages of 'Playboy magazine' have all probably stepped foot in this place. Looks like Hugh Hefner is ready to sell his lovely home, but he's not ready to leave it yet.

If you're willing to pay the 200 million dollar price tag, Hugh Hefner will be remaining in the residence, as a guest, I guess. It's what they call a 'living estate' where Hugh is renting out the property. People are estimating no one is willing to buy the mansion for that kind of money. A 2014 house in the neighborhood recently sold for 102 million. Hugh has owned the mansion since 1971 and bought it for 1.02 million at the time.

The Playboy Mansion has 29 rooms, including a catering kitchen, wine cellar, home theater, separate game house, gym, tennis court, and swimming pool with a cave-like grotto. It also has a four bedroom guest house and includes five acres of land. The property also has aviaries and several exotic animal pens. The press release for the listing touts the added benefit that the Playboy Mansion "one of a select few residences in L.A. with a zoo license."
