More drama surrounds Guns N’ Roses in the live realm. At GN’R's second London show at the O2 Arena last night (June 1), bassist Tommy Stinson threatened to end the gig early after fans pelted the band with money and glasses. The group took the stage nearly an hour later than scheduled, which likely sparked the fans’ ire.
Summer is here! The season of short shorts, hot, gin-soaked days, and beach party debauchery (Yes we like to think of summer as a non-stop Nelly video)! Pop-punker Billie Joe Armstrong took to the stage last night (April 14) with his Green Day bandmates Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool to deliver the induction speech for Guns N’ Roses into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
It’s a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tradition to have a jam session with inductees new and old at the end of the ceremony. This year was no different: After the Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ own three-song set late Saturday night, frontman Anthony Kiedis encouraged others to join them onstage.
