You just couldn't wait til you got home? Seriously, any place else would have been a better place to do that.

On December 28th, Jamie Adkism and Andrea Carbin were sitting inside of their vehicle outside of the Oklahoma City police department. Carbin was there to retrieve a cell phone that was seized in a recent CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substance) arrest. Before going into the police department, Adkism was cutting lines of cocaine in the car.

With it being a police parking lot, an officer walking by saw the drugs being served up. Both Adkism and Carbin were then taken into custody. Inside the vehicle, officers found a 2-week-old child. Police told FOX 25 the two suspects are relatives of the child.

Adkism faces complaints of possession of a CDS and misdemeanor child endangerment. Carbin was arrested on complaints of misdemeanor child endangerment, possession of a CDS with intent to distribute and possession of a CDS.
