This guy has a criminal history in Parker, Tarrant and Denton counties.

38-year-old Chapman Swindell pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault and one count of attempting to commit sexual assault this week. He will serve 10 years consecutively for each count in Denton County. Court documents say Chapman would lure women in with cheap prices and allegedly drug them up before a tattoo session.

Several women have come forward and said they were offered narcotics such as PCP, hydrocodone, and methamphetamine. Prosecutors argued Swindell was making them more likely to resist if they were high. A woman said in September of 2017, she went to Swindell for a tattoo. She said as he drew on the back of her thighs, Swindell sexually assaulted her, according to the warrant. He raped her several times and forced her to perform sex acts on him, it said.

Around a dozen women came forward during a lengthy police investigation after this woman came forward to police. Swindell was already accused of similar crimes in 2006, but that case eventually ended in a mistrial. Authorities say Swindell also went by the names Chapman Fury and Eddie Bigbee.
