The Wichita Falls Nighthawks professional indoor football team decided in the off season that it was time to shake things up a bit, particularly where coaching is concerned.

Billy Back, the former head coach of the Nashville Venom, will take the reigns as head coach of the Wichita Falls Nighthawks in the 2016 season.

The PIFL Venom dissolved following the 2015 season and this opened the door for Back to join the Nighthawks. Coach Back logged three indoor league championships with the Cincinnati Commandos (2010-2012) amassing a career 40-12 record. The Commando’s had a 12-0 season in 2011 with Back at the helm.

Nighthawk’s owner Drew Carnes and vice president Jason Douglas introduced Back during a press conference on Tuesday in Wichita Falls. The press conference, in it's entirety, can be seen in the video above.
