Night of the BuzzHeads Was a Night to Remember [REVIEW + VIDEO]

We love you guys here at Buzz so this week we decided to hook you up with a free concert at The Iron Horse Pub. Here's what you missed out on.

The show actually started before I even got to Iron Horse. In case you missed it Letters from the Fire and Righteous Vendetta stopped by the Buzz Studios for an acoustic performance. Just a little teaser as to what we could expect for the night. I got to Iron Horse around 9 so I could get a few beers before the show started. Real quick, thank you Iron Horse for having Zigenbock on tap. Seriously, more bars in Wichita Falls NEED this beer.

9Electric were the first ones to take the stage and they put on one hell of show. They are from Los Angeles and I can appreciate any band that has some video game references in it. During one of their songs they had an old school Nintendo type game playing on the wall at Iron Horse. The music was good, but for a huge nerd like myself I was loving it. Anytime you can combine music and video games I am always down.

Now it was time for Righteous Vendetta and my god did these guys steal the show. I was going to grab a beer (I know shocking) and chatting with some friends when these guys started playing. I seriously stopped my conversation so I could listen to these guys. Amazing vocals, sick ass guitar skills and one hell of a drummer. Remember the name folks because I will definitely be keeping an eye on these guys.

Now it was time for Letter From the Fire to take the stage. If you're a big listener to the Afternoon Buzz you probably heard these guys on Crank It or Yank It a few days ago. They did not disappoint with their set at Iron Horse. It was at this point in the night that too many Zigenbocks were drank, along with Irish car bombs. So I may have been banging my head a little too hard to the music. Still trying to figure out if my headache the next day was from that or the alcohol.

I want to thank the guys from 9Electric, Righteous Vendetta and Letters from the Fire for making a stop in Wichita Falls. Thanks to the guys at Iron Horse for letting us do this.
