New York And L.A. Get All The Good Stuff – Here’s Footage Of Slayer Drummer Dave Lombardo’s Drum Clinic In NYC

Perhaps at some point those of us in the Lone Star State will get a taste of the Big Four live but until then we'll have to live vicariously through the snobs of New York and California. I don't mean to hate it's just that I feel like Dallas and Chicago should AT THE VERY LEAST be the next stops here in The States for the thrash bands that shaped so many of our metal-loving lives.

Enough of my ranting...Dave Lombardo put on a drum clinic (not that he doesn't every night) at Sam Ash in New York City the night before the Big Four show at Yankee (sucks) Stadium last Tuesday, September 13th.

I've never been to a clinic because well, they're always in the Metroplex at 8 o'clock on a weeknight and it's hard enough to make a show when it's two hours away but make no mistake about it...I geek out on brilliant musicianship. Thank you to my fellow hardcore, metal-loving beast of a fan for supplying two minutes and eleven seconds of one of the greatest metal drummers of all time's drum clinic for the rest of us poor slobs to drool over.
