Motley Crue will be streaming a press conference later this afternoon and many people believe they will announce a farewell tour.

No word has been officially set for this farewell tour but when the announcement is called, “SAVE THE DATE: MÖTLEY CRÜE - All Bad Things Must Come To An End.” How could people not think this is a farewell tour? The email also showed a tombstone with the grave reading R.I.P. Motley Crue.

The band has been rocking for thirty years and sold over thirty million albums. In a May interview, Sixx  told Lehigh Valley Music that with the band members, including singer Vince Neil, drummer Tommy Lee and guitarist Mick Mars, all in their mid-50s to 62, still healthy and the original lineup still intact, they wanted to go out with a bang. "I mean, this is something we’ve been talking about for five years, amongst ourselves,” Sixx said. “You know, we believe that a band should bow out when they’re, hopefully, at their top and when they can they can leave an amazing legacy of music and history.
