Little League Baseball Player Being Sued by His Coach for his Injury During Helmet Toss [VIDEO]
Everyone wants to score the game winning run, well except maybe this kid.
It happens all the time, you get the walk off run and you toss your helmet into the air. That is exactly what happened in this case, but someone got hit with the helmet. The kids name was not released., but when he tossed his helmet into the air it his coach in the leg.
Coach Alan Beck claims when the helmet hit him in the leg it severed his Achilles tendon and tore it. Now Beck is seeking $100,000 to cover lost wages and medical bills and an additional $500,000 compensation for pain and suffering. I don't think the coach has a case, but you always hear of people winning very strange lawsuits.
