Kyng ‘Electric Halo’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Razor & Tie

So Cal hard rockers Kyng are set to release their new album, Burn the Serum, on April 15 and today we examine the lead single from the disc, ‘Electric Halo’.

The trio burst onto the scene in 2011 after the release of their independent debut, Trampled Sun. Often described as ‘California heavy’, Kyng amp up the desert rock style of bands like Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age by sprinkling a little metal into the mix. The guys in Kyng know how to rock, but it’s obvious they’ve listened to their fair share of music churned out by the denim and leather brigade.

Now press play, turn up the volume and vote as to whether we should crank or yank ‘Electric Halo’.
