Jenna Marbles knows that when you work out at home, you’re probably not doing as much as you would if you were at the gym. At home there are just far too many distractions, from the pets hanging out on the couch to the television across the room. Sure, you might get in a push-up or two, but chances are that the weights you’re lifting are probably cans of beer rather than actual weights.

Workout videos really aren’t any better. I’ve tried a few of them in my time, and they always seem to end up collecting dust on a shelf. The Wii has tried to remedy this by offering workouts in the form of a game, but once again you’re probably hydrating with a beer.

I mean, you’re at home and you put in a “good” workout, right?

Do you do workouts from home? If so, do you really put as much into them as you could or should?
