Jenna Marbles knows that the female species doesn't always fall asleep right away, in part because we have a lot on our minds. There are nights when I look the same way as she does in this video, trying like hell to finally get some shut-eye but feeling as though it will never come. This week she's shedding some light no how girls fall asleep.

From finding a better position to playing a game on your phone, most of us have tried everything at some point. I'm guilty of playing Angry Birds. When I know that I need to go to bed but I'm not really tired, a few rounds while laying in a dark room usually does the trick for me.
