It’s 1989 All Over Again in Hatchet’s New Video for ‘Signals of Infection’

If, like me, you thought the emergence of new bands playing old school thrash in the early 00's was a passing fad, you were wrong because it appears that re-thrash, or whatever the hell you wanna call it, ain't going anywhere anytime soon.

Last week I debuted a track from a new thrash band out of Finland called Lost Society and this week I've got a video from a young band out of the Bay Area (a.k.a. the birthplace of thrash) called Hatchet. And while the video for 'Signals of Infection' is just a black and white performance video reminiscent of the old MTV Headbanger's Ball days, the tune is an ass-kicker.
