Cyber crime is here to stay and since thieves are constantly coming up with new ways to steal from consumers, your best bet is to err to the side of caution when using an ATM or card reader.

Ben Tedesco works with a cyber security company called Carbon Black. While vacationing in Vienna, Austria, he noticed something wasn't quite right about the ATM he was about to use.

After he noticed a little bit of glue around the card reader portion of the ATM, he gave the card reader a slight tug and it came right off. Someone had constructed an exact replica of the card reader and placed it on top of the existing reader, using it to steal people's credit card info.
