Islander ‘New Wave’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Here's one for Deftones fans. Out of Greenville, South Carolina, Islander have certainly drawn inspiration from Chino Moreno and company but they're anything but a carbon copy. In fact, everything I've heard from the band has been a breath of fresh air at a time when Rock could really use some diversity.
