In what is the best news to come down the wire in weeks, Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe was released from jail in the Czech Republic yesterday and their own TV Nova caught up with him to get his first interview since being released before jumping on a flight back here to the good ol' U.S.A.

As is to be expected, Randy pretty much takes the high road in the interview but he makes it a point to stress a couple of times that he's not a flight risk (can't say that I blame him - I mean until that flight touched down on American soil anything could happen). And I love how he says prison wasn't that bad - he had three meals a day, clothes on his back and a roof over his head. Funny how a guy that writes some of the most pissed-off lyrics you'll ever read can find a silver lining in a horrible situation.
