This is why you should take your car keys out of your pocket before Karate practice. This guy's sparring-mate clotheslines him to the floor and his car keys fly out of his pocket and he slams his foot right on top of them - jamming the key deep into his foot - before they fall over on the ground. What are the chances?!

The guy is surprisingly calm about the fact that he now has about an inch of dull metal stuck in his foot, but I'm guessing the most painful part was yanking that sucker out.

And you thought the most painful part of Karate was getting kicked and punched in the face....nope.
