This guy has got the need for speed and no ticket is going to stop him.

I don't know how many speeding tickets this guy has in his life, but he is officially a repeat offender now. I am going to assume though, these aren't his first tickets. Connecticut state troopers clocked him at 112 miles an hour. He tried to get out of the ticket by saying he was on his way to pay another speeding ticket. The officer didn't think that was a valid excuse.

He has been charged with excessive speeding and negligent operation. The officer says the man was given a citation ordering him to appear in Vermont Superior Court in White River Junction on Oct. 27. Police say they have stopped about 10 drivers on interstate highways in the last month for going at least 100 mph in 55 and 65 mph zones.
