Since Billie Joe Armstrong went into rehab a few weeks back, there has been speculation as to what Green Day will do with a number of scheduled appearances and their upcoming tour. The band has responded by canceling the remainder of their 2012, they've postponed their tour dates in January and February, and they've changed the release date for their upcoming album, Tre!

Any ticket sales between now and the end of the year will be refunded, while tickets for their concert dates in the first two months of the year will be honored for future dates.

As for their albums, Uno! hit stores last month, Dos! is still slated to come out in November, and now Tre! will be released on December 11th instead of January 7th. Mike Dirnt made a statement about their changes, saying:

Obviously the timing isn't ideal, but Billie Joe's well-being is our main concern. We are happy to say that Billie Joe is doing well, and we want to thank you all for the outpouring of support and well wishes that we have received, and we can't wait to see you all again soon.

The band has a new video for "Breaking Dawn" that will be released on MTV today, and you can follow them in Facebook here.
