Godsmack ‘1000hp’ – Crank It or Yank It?

They say the best songs almost always write themselves.

That was the case with Godsmack's new single, '1000hp'. In an interview with Pulse of Radio, vocalist Sully Erna said the track was written from front to back in about an hour.

In fact, it was one of the last songs the band wrote for the new album and as luck would have it, the tune became the title track and first single from the disc.
