You would think I'd be tired of all these hillbilly and cello versions of classic Rock and Metal songs by now, but you'd be wrong - dead wrong.

When it comes to bands covering songs within the same genre, I typically prefer the ones who stay true to the original, rather than re-imagining the song altogether. Obviously, a group of people who play banjos and mandolins can't exactly recreate the sounds of electrified instruments, so they get a pass.

Steve 'n' Seagulls have proven to be one of the best at putting a country spin on a rockin' tune. If you dig what you hear, the group recently released their debut album, Farm Machine, through Spinefarm Records.
